With over two decades of outstanding experience in the Hospitality Industry, U Aung Myat Soe has become a respected professional, educator, and mentor who continues to shape the future of young hospitality talents.

To empower young people with the knowledge, confidence, professionalism, and leadership skills needed to thrive in the global Hospitality Industry.

A Journey Built on Global Experience

Beginning his professional career in Myanmar, U Aung Myat Soe gained five years of valuable local industry experience before expanding his journey internationally. He then spent eight years working in renowned hotels across the UAE and the United Kingdom, as well as aboard International Cruise Ships, where he developed world-class hospitality expertise and a deep understanding of global service standards.

A Passion for Education & Human Development

Since 2005, he has passionately devoted himself to Hospitality Education and Training, continuously guiding aspiring young professionals toward successful careers. In 2011, he began developing and teaching the Diploma in Hospitality Management program, producing many graduates who are now achieving success within both the Hospitality and Business sectors.

Regional & International Contributions

Beyond the classroom, U Aung Myat Soe has actively contributed to the development of ASEAN Tourism Competency standards, participated in Master Trainer development programs, and studied modern TVET teaching methodologies together with ASEAN Regional Trainers. Through collaboration with Swisscontact, he has also helped create employment opportunities and career pathways for more than 500 underprivileged youths, proving his strong commitment to social impact and youth empowerment.
